| View in browser COVID-19 Coping: a Barometer on Saskatchewan Mental Health (Week 43)   \[March 12, 2021\] It has been a whole year since the outbreak of COVID-19 hit Canada in full force. Our barometer is nearly a year old!   Here are the latest results from March 8 to 11, 2021.    If you have display issues, please click the link in the top-right corner of your screen to view a web version of this barometer.  We surveyed 400 Saskatchewan residents on our consumer panel, SaskWatch Research®, each week. Week 43 Results Self-reported mental health drops slightly while stress levels remain steady. Outlook for the weeks ahead continue to improve – surpassing levels last seen nine months ago. Assessments of COVID-19 vaccination progression continue to improve, although opinions remain largely poor. With four vaccines approved for use in Canada, Saskatchewan residents are divided on vaccine preference if they had a choice.   Nearly equal proportions are simply grateful to get a vaccine or have a mild preference towards receiving one vaccine over another. A modest proportion report they do not plan to get vaccinated. This is most pronounced among younger residents. Since March 2020, we started sharing a few brief insights from our online community, SaskWatch Research®. As we monitor and trend the results by week, we will share the information with you as we get it.   Let us know if you have any questions for Saskatchewan residents about COVID-19.
