Self-reported mental health levels have stabilized and remain the same as our last barometer three weeks ago. Stress levels due to COVID-19 have fallen.
Outlook for the weeks ahead remains very optimistic.
Comfort levels while engaging in a wide range of activities have risen steadily since May 2021, particularly for visiting extended family in the province, traveling out of the province and attending indoor gatherings.
Despite removing nearly all public health measures, many residents say they continue to wear a mask at least some of the time at work, when shopping and when attending indoor gatherings.
