[September 4, 2020] Since March, we have been tracking how Saskatchewan residents have been holding up with COVID-19. Here are the latest results from August 31 to September 2.

We surveyed 400 Saskatchewan residents on our consumer panel, SaskWatch Research®, each week.

With school right around the corner, self-reported mental health remains steady with where it was two weeks ago:
Stress levels due to COVID-19 show gradual declines since mid July, yet outlooks for the weeks ahead remain unchanged with twice as many feeling things will get worse vs. better:
Summer vacation activities were moderate among Saskatchewan residents. Nearly six in ten took a day trip from home while just under one half visited a recreational property or took a vacation in the province. Only two in ten vacationed to neighbouring provinces, very few traveled greater distances in Canada and just one percent left the country for a pleasure trip:
The wearing of masks is on the rise, both indoors and when outdoors:
Opinions are very much divided as to whether enough is being done for school-aged children, their parents and teachers given the pandemic. Sentiments among parents of school-aged children are more favourable:
Similarly, opinions are also very divided on the notion of getting tested for COVID-19 if residents think they just have a cold:
